PROCESSING
All items are shipped via UPS or USPS. Our Processing time is 2-4 business days to prepare your order BEFORE shipping. After the processing time is complete, your order is shipped. Shipping takes 2-5 business days to reach you once it leaves us. Once items are shipped, tracking numbers will be sent to the email address provided with the purchase. All orders require a signature at delivery.
**All preordered items will ship once in stock. There are NO REFUNDS on preordered items. **
IMPORTANT
Exotic Hair isn't responsible for any lost items. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must take this up with the United States Postal Service and file a claim. All packages are insured by USPS.
EXOTIC HAIR does not hold responsibility for packages after they have been shipped.

EXOTIC HAIR is not responsible for late shipments due to holidays, natural disasters, weather delays, or any courier delays.

If items have not been received, it can be located by using the tracking number or contacting your local post office.

If your package does not successfully deliver and is sent back to EXOTIC HAIR you are responsible for additional shipping fees, or a store credit/refund will be given to you to purchase a new order with the correct address.
RETURN
If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a refund at support@exotichair.store within 48 hours of receiving your order. You will be sent an address to mail your item to. You are responsible for shipping cost to return your item. After investigation, to be eligible for a refund your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It also must be in the original packaging. ANY PREORDERED ITEMS ARE FINAL.
